This modern dwelling replaces a 1950s chalet, and has been designed to maximize space within height restrictions. The property features high-quality materials like stone, render, and zinc cladding, with varying-angle zinc roofs that reduce bulk, creating a contemporary, aesthetically sympathetic home suited to its setting. Haysom Purbeck Stone supplied the external Pond Freestone sills and lintels, as well as the guillotined walling.
